Quality Merchandise But Poor Customer Service

I love them! They are so comfortable, but look dressy! And the fit is perfect, however I was so disappointed that I could not purchase them at my local store. I was told they needed a code, but were not successful texting or emailing it to me. I had to leave the store empty handed & wondering what was wrong. I had no problems ordering them online.
