It was too big and Macy’s customer service refused to exchange the item for a smaller size just because it was a sales item. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange. Now I’m stuck with a cocktail jacket I’ll never wear. This is ridiculous, and I’ll never shop at Macy’s online again.

When I received the item and tried it on and it was too big. Also the jacket was a much heavier weight than I thought it would be. Also disappointed it couldnt be returned even thought it was final sale.

I was very disappointed with the fit, way too big and the actual weight of the jacket. I’m also sorry I cannot return the item for an account credit.

I bought this item for my mom as a casual but dressy look for a bridal rehearsal dinner. It also pairs very well with jeans.
