Teflon peels so badly can't be used anymore. Lasted 1 year but really a shame they don't make a replacement to last longer. Like stainless steel. Wouldn't recommend though we looove it. We can no longer use.
What I have been looking for.
Used only 4 times and the silicone inside the pot is peeling off. Used mild soap and scratch free sponge. Will have to toss because can't find the replacement pot shown in the manual. Disappointed
This is the best slow cooker I have ever used. Capacith is great for large roast and poultry.
This was my favorite slow cooker for a minute. In fact, I bought two to use simultaneously. I don't use them often. I probably used them 10 times and have cleaned them with a very soft cloth. I read other comments about teflon peeling but I thought if I cleaned it gently, I would be fine. The teflon coating is very thin and peeled anyway… quickly. It's really a shame.
The non stick coating peeld off unable to use the pot
Bought this as I have an Instant Airfryer which is great. I'm so disappointed with the Instant Pot. The functionality appealed however the pot blistered and peeled at first use of searing meat. I enquired about a replacement pot but apparently it's unavailable. Can no longer use and wouldn't recommend.
I take excellent care of my appliances and have never had an issue like this. The non stick surface peels off in chunks. It is relatively new and I would like to find a replacement pot but have been unable to find one. Very disappointed.
I bought this over 6 months ago to use as my main slow cooker. I love how it actually keeps to a simmer on either high or low setting. Being able to slow cook something for 8 hours on low without it scorching, incineration, or boiling something to death is marvelous. I have had no trouble with the lining in the inner pot. Mine shows no sign of peeling or damage. I am careful to only use silicone utensils, and I always handwash it, though. I'm very happy with this purchase, and it's a great replacement for my annoying CrockPot that always ran so hot that it scorched foods. Maybe there are some lemons in this model, but I obviously got a good one, and it runs right.
Non stick coating peeling off in chunks this is so dangerous yet they won't pull it from the shelf!! Ridiculous!
