I bought this to replace an older outdated laptop. As a senior citizen who isn't a computer expert I found it very easy to set up and install all my favourite apps and programs. I consider it to be great value for those who dont require a high end laptop.

I purchased this to replace a laptop that I bought 6 months ago which caused me numerous problems. When I received my ne HP laptop it was easily set up and does everything that I need, spreadsheets, letters and presentations. I am really pleased with it.
Working is good
The new laptop replaces another that would not accept Windows 11. The new machine works very well and we are delighted with it. Initial set up took some time, as most of the preloaded software had to update itself. I also had an issue with the camera. The machine is fitted with a lens cover that had inadvertently been selected over the lens, disabling the camera. The help desk were very good and resolved the problem.
I purchased this laptop to replace my HP all-in-one desktop which wouldn't' upgrade to Windows 11. It came really quickly and was easy to set up and start using.
Registration was straightforward and easy. And laptop does everything I want or need it to do. Very pleased with my purchase.
It's a bit confusing, compared to my old system, but I'll get to know the new one in time - really happy 😊
I have been using the laptop for a few months now and really pleased with it but what iI find annoying is the constant advertising of Mcfee products why are you doing this ?
