Hydro Flask 12 oz. Stainless Steel Insulated Mug

Everything as advertised. I like the soft feel of the outside and the fully stainless inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug exceeds my expectations. It is extremely well made and durable. It keeps my coffee hot for over an hour and fits very comfortably in my hand. Outstanding product!

It has been an absolute nightmare to get this issue resolved. Only one mug arrived in the box. I talked to Punish N on 9/10. No mug has arrived. I talked to Shubham R on 9/22. No mug has arrived. The time invested in getting what I paid for is ridiculous. As to these mugs, they are the absolute best! Please Macy's get better customer service.

Love it! It keeps my coffee hot through the day, just the way I like it. Now my husband wants one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good at keeping things hot and cold. The soft texture keeps it from sliding and it just feels nice in your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great experience dealing with warranty department .

I have a few other of these and they are excellent. They keep coffee, nice and hot and cold drinks remain cold. The 12 ounce is a convenient size and easy to take into the car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the 1st Gen mug and the lid had just a sipping slit. This lid is adjustable in its opening and can close off (except the breather hole ~3/16" x 1/16" dim). This mug is better than the Yeti because it is not too large that it can't fit in a mug holder and it is not too insulated where you're still burning your lips half an hour after pouring in your hot beverage. Rugged, doesn't dent and has a comfy handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good. Not dishwasher safe;not microwave safe. More comfortable than hydroflask dishwasher safe mug.
