Really you really want my opinion. I haven’t gotten the item yet, and I explained it to the out of country person that you have on your phone system Customer Service the antithesis of Customer Service.. I purchased these shoes and paid for the express shipping when I got my tracking notice it said they would be delivered 10 days later not the two days that I paid for when I called the customer service number. They informed me that they didn’t do it. The problem is I was staying at that house until the 25th if they had arrived as I ordered as Express mail they would have arrived by the 23rd my mail was forwarded from the 25th on so they arrived on the 28th in a wrong location and they’re now in the US post office system to be forwarded and probably won’t be here at my home in Portland, Oregon for three weeks bravo nobody could fix it. Nobody could cancel it and MOST IMPORTANTLY NO ONE CARED
