Style & Co Petite Luxsoft Long-Sleeve Crewneck Sweater, Macy's Exclusive

This sweater is truly soft. I am in between sizes, so I should have gone up to have a loose fit. Otherwise, the style chart is accurate.

Very soft like cashmere feel. Size is perfect.

Haven't worn it yet, but saying to size down is not correct in my opinion.

This sweater is very soft, and a nice weight. I ordered down as the details suggest, and it was not good for me. It was very tight, not loose. I will reorder in my usual size.

This sweater is made of a very soft, midweight knit that is warm. The sandstone heather is beautiful. I’m glad I tried this on in store because it’s described as a “loose” fit and it’s not— it definitely skims the body. My usual size petite Large was a good fit. Unfortunately even in the petite sizing the sleeves are too long on me at 5ft 3in tall, but I’m not going to return this sweater because it was a good price and I do love the color and fabric. Wish it was a little more boxy in the torso and the sleeves were shorter though.

I purchased two of the exact sweater in size PM. One fit perfect I'm very happy with it. This one was almost 2 inches wider and sleeves 2 inches longer. I would like to return sweater fora a refund how do I do that. I suspact that question will not be answered.
