Hello Macy’s Customer Service, I’m following up regarding order #4792316453. Unfortunately, the item still has not moved in transit, and I’m becoming increasingly concerned because this suit is for a wedding. I also need enough time after receiving it to have the suit professionally altered before the event. I appreciate that I was previously offered a coupon so I could purchase a replacement. However, I discovered that the coupon does not apply to discounted or promotional merchandise. Since a large portion of the suits currently available at Macy’s are already discounted, the coupon provides very limited help and does not realistically allow me to go into Macy’s and purchase a comparable replacement without paying significantly more. At this point, I’m being put in a difficult position because the original item has not moved, the wedding is approaching, and I still need time for alterations. Could Macy’s please provide a more practical resolution, such as honoring the discount on a comparable replacement suit, providing a coupon without these exclusions, or otherwise assisting me with obtaining a replacement at approximately the same price I originally paid? I would really appreciate your help resolving this as soon as possible, especially given the time-sensitive nature of the wedding.

Suit was not well packaged, it was delivered in a broken box with the suit directly touching the floor. The entire suit was filthy and wrinkled. I asked for a partial refund since I didnt have a box for the refund and do not have a store close by. Macy's refused. Now i have to drive to the next city to return this. Not worth the hassle. DO NOT BUY from Macy's their customer service is trash now.

I ordered 9/10 and 11 days later still haven't received the suit.

I bought this suit for a destination wedding. I absolutely love the modern style and fit. Both the coat & pants fit perfect, no alterations needed. The fabric is a blend that goes well for warm or cold climates. The fabric does provide a little stretch. This suit was exactly what I hoped for.

Very happy with my purchased. The suit is top quality and it fits very well. Happy all around.
