Don't have that bounce effect l need after having bilateral knees replacements and six hours back surgery I need that, "trampoline effect" when walking distance.

These shoes have quickly become my go-to pair. They are incredibly lightweight with excellent cushioning and breathability, making them comfortable to wear for hours at a time. I have had the Windswift for about a month now and I was a Brooks runner for 15+ years. These shoes have been great. I have ran outside, on the treadmill and also done some HIIT work in them. They provide stability, enough cushion but not over the top. Too much cushioning is difficult for me when doing HIIT work bc I lose stability during side to side. When running outside they have good traction on the pavement. Definitely a great running shoe.
