I ordered this item twice and twice received the wrong size. I called customer support, who at first tried to insist I ordered the wrong size (I have the email confirmation showing this was not the case), and then I was told this is a known issue with this item and that the wrong size was likely to be sent again. How? This is unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
The coat is good. I would say light/medium weight but would be OK if it’s not super cold out so keeping I like that you can cinch the waist. Like the other reviewer, I ordered a small and medium, and received a medium and large. Medium fit – returning the large.
Coat is beautiful. But I ordered 3 times medium size (and my confirmation emails say that I ordered medium) and 3 times(!!!) received large size. I called once to support team and they said they will send me medium and yet I received only large. Decided to not go with Macys after all.
