High quality material, seams are nearly sewn, looks expensive. Has a full cut fit, does not drape so size down. It is really very pretty in person and will dress you up instantly. It's the piece that completes any outfit. It doesn't have much of a stretch and the collar doesn't fall in just opens nicely. Easy to zip up and down or leave it open for a throw on look.
