Vionic Womens City Walk Axs Walking Shoes

Only worm once. Basically just got a drive and store stop. With fall level socks. Feels a bit tight. Like ‘breaking in’ tight. I hope. Like the arch insert. Looks pretty sharp (for a fancy sneaker. Not a real sneaker person here). I like fashion shoes. But now need more sustainable comfort over cuteness. These are cute. But still sneakers. (Maybe take out laces and grommets. Just zipper. Time will tell if they get more comfy. Lil looser. But def a good looking black leather/suede footwear.

Comfortable! The gold color is a nice step-up from my normal white sneakers.

I really like the width of the shoe. I gave 4 because the sole takes a bit to break in. It doesn't bend much and is similar to wearing a birkenstock cork base. I like the top leather components and have a foot that is post op that needs the wider shoe

These sneakers are very stylish and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.

These felt narrow, and were filthy within my first five hours of walking around Lisbon because of the suede. They’re a great style, but I’ll stick with my incredible (and much cheaper) Pumas from my France trip a couple of years ago.

I don't usually write reviews, but these sneakers deserve the attention. Returning from Italy, these sneakers were my wardrobe champion. Though, I had also packed Vionic sandals, I kept reaching for the City Walk AXS sneaker to handle the miles of daily walking on cobblestone roadways, uneven and steep terrain. My feet felt comfortable and cushioned, and the style worked with my linen dresses. When I got them, they felt comfortable out of the box. I ordered them in my regular shoe size of 7. Still, I walked around in them (as Vionic suggests) for days around the house to "break them in" and to make sure I wouldn't discover blisters. I had no issues. A couple of days before I left on my trip, I considered wearing socks for the extra comfort that walking for miles in Italy may require. I discovered that I could wear no-show liner socks in my size 7 sneakers and they were still comfortable. (Thicker socks wouldn't work and were not needed anyway.) One more note: at first, I worried my feet wouldn't tolerate leather sneakers in the heat — Europe was experiencing an all-time high heat wave. I felt completely comfortable in the heat. I highly endorse these sneakers.

I am very pleased with these shoes. Excellent for walking the neighbors or farther with the dogs. Especially love the zipper feature so you don’t have to re-tie each time you wear.
