London Times Petite Belted Embroidered Collared Shirt Dress

I ordered my normal size but it was way too big, which surprised me greatly. It's too loose and baggy, the sleeves are too big and too long, and the v-neck is too low. So I'm returning it. But it is made well, and the quality and material are good.

The dress is very light and comfortable. Looks so cute with my strapped wedges. Can easily be dressed up or down.
