Great Investment!

This coat is SO luxurious and ELEGANT! Im so happy I bought this when I did because it is now sold out at the time of the review. For reference Im 5.3" and 220lbs and this coat was the perfect fit and length for me. My normal size is XL, so buy your usual size. The coat goes down almost to my ankles and as far as fit, I still have space around my chest and midsection allowing me a little extra space to wear something slightly thicker. HIGHLY recommend!

Livid

I ordered this coat online last week. Macy's used DOORDASH FOR DELIVERY! I GUESS TO SAVE MONEY. NONE THE LESS, THE DRIVER STATED THAT HE COULD NOT FIND PARKING IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING SO HE WAS GOING TO RETURN MY PACKAGE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSE. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND NOW I VOW TO NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM MACY'S AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
