Macy's 100th Thanksgiving Day Parade Glass Elf Ornament, Macy's Exclusive

I love the macys ornaments. The elf was so cute. I collect them every year

This item hasn't arrived and I'm so upset about it. I received the other 2 items in this order but this one says it's being returned to sender and I honestly don't know what to do.

I purchased this ornament. It arrived quickly and was packaged professionally. Upon opening the secured ornament box, the ornament had at least two areas where the paint was missing, and a poriton of the Macy's 100 logo on the back was scratched away. I can only presume this was due to improper manufacturing, and I don't know if all the ornaments are like this, but for the cost, I want it to look as it does in the photograph. Also, this is NOT the first time I've had issues with flaws and holiday ornaments from Macy's - not sure who mass produces these for them, but then don't do the best job. If you order, be sure to look it over carefully.
