Beautiful Coat Deserves 5 Stars

I really love this beautiful coat. It's not as warm as I thought but large enough to wear a heavier sweater under it. Unfortunately, the delivery, or lack of, was terrible. I never received the first one. To Macy's credit, however, I was immediately sent a replacement. Again, delivery didn't come 11:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening. I initiated a return, but glad I changed my mind.
