Beautiful color but the fur and the fabric quality looks just ok. It’s warm but doesn’t look expensive. I would say overall just ok. I will probably get a good wear in this NJ winters.
The fur is so soft and cozy, feels like the real thing, I love the fit of this coat. The side and sleeves have a panel of stretchy fabric, so it will give a little if you need it too. I have bigger arms , so that is a major plus! It has stretch in the back waist as well, love the true burgundy color too. Hood has plenty of room, you could fit a ski helmet underneath it.
This burgundy long down coat for women offers excellent warmth and features a slim flattering fit. It also comes with a detachable hood trimmed with faux fur. For reference, I weigh 130 lbs and typically wear a medium size. This puffer jacket runs slightly larger than other MK jackets, so I recommend ordering one size down for a better fit.
So I live in Texas and my definition of extreme winter weather probably isn’t the same as those of you in the great North. lol. But when I decided to plan a trip to the north and heard about your solid ice crystals falling from the sky, I panicked. I bought this Michael Kors puffer jacket as a legal requirement for my survival. If you’re heading north of the Mason Dixon line anytime after November I highly recommend this jacket. It’s the perfect length to wear with jeans or dress dresses. And ladies, of course it has deep pockets for all the stuff you’re gonna need to carry with you, including Chapstick!! bonus points that the hood comes off for the evenings where you prefer to get frostbite on your ears. Obviously it’s thick and very warm, but not uncomfortable and quite easy to pack.
This is such a well made jacket! Love having the thumb holes in the wrist area as well as a zipper along with buttons, it really does help to keep the cold air out! It’s quite slimming for a puffer coat, just the right amount of bulk especially with the little detail in the back waist area. The hood is just the perfect size and so nice to have on those rainy days when you forgot the umbrella! The color is on trend this year and so nice during the holidays. I’m 5’ 4” 138 and the medium is perfect.
This is such a beautiful coat. The photos don’t do it justice. I’m 5’3” and 150lbs. This is the large. It fits generously and could easily handle a thick sweater. I think I could have gone down to a medium. It is a very slenderizing puffer coat. The color is beautiful. The hood fits great, covers the face and head, but still provides easy visibility. It’s warm yet light weight on. It’s still warm here in Michigan, so I can’t wait to wear it in a few months. I highly recommend!
