Wüsthof Partner 7" Hollow-Edge Santoku Knife

I was debating between Partner and Classic. The handle seemed like it offers good grip, and so glad I went with it. Its not a soft rubber like material that eventually degrades over time. This is up of hard high quality plastic - but the ridges and lines give it a nice grip. The blade is as good as any other Wusthof, and the weight is perfect - a little less than the classic and ikon, which are too heavy in my opinion.

Waited for a sale and got the knife to go with my set and love it. By far best knife’s I have ever bought.
