Panasonic Lumix S1 IIE 6K Phase Hybrid AF Mirrorless Camera

Excellent camera that will pair nicely with the S1Rii we already own.

The S1 II is my first lumix camera and I love it. I own the FX30 and having the S1 II as my main camera has been fantastic. It has good cinema camera features for a mirrorless body, and still manages to pack an EVF for photos. This is not your average hybrid camera, it is as much of a cinema camera as any other mirrorless body-style cam marketed solely as a cinema camera. It excels at videos and still packs a punch for pictures. And the L-mount makes this future proof as more camera brands hopefully join the alliance. Now I can share my lens with other camera brands like Blackmagic BMCC 6k. The images look natural out of the box, my FX30 struggles with a particular black skin tone on the lighter end and the lumix just nails it, with make up on or not. Images just come out well even before color grading.

Love it so far, I'm coming from Nikon. Big difference in quality and versatility. I wish it was paired with a Lens as a kit for us to purchased, but maybe down the line they might do it.

Lovely camera - good inbetween beginner to intermediate videographer camera

Camera to beat at the moment. So amazing. So happy I did not go for Sony and I can now use with the Blackmagic cameras, with the L-Mount.

Thanks, Panasonic—the Lumix S1 II is the most amazing camera I have ever had. I'm really happy with my purchase.
