Nice Concept but...
The sleeves on this dress are just stunning but the ruching is not. It starts at the bottom of the bust line and the gathers are very large. It's not attractive at all... well, at least on me. The color is lovely. The material somewhat heavy so not a summer-type dress because it could potentially be quite warm
