The texture is terrible—it pills and leaves white residue on my face, and makes it impossible for makeup to go on smoothly over it. I also do love the tingly menthol feeling. I don’t want my face to tingle. I’m very disappointed I threw away my money on this.

Like do I need to let it dry for a few minutes after application? How soon after I apply the serum should I wait to add makeup foundation and powder?
