I did not receive this gown in the shipment ( it was missing even though it said it was delivered) and have been trying to get a refund for this. If the problem is not resolved I will cancel my Macy's credit card and never shop at the store again. I talked online about the issure, I sent an email about the issure and yesterday I talked on the phone about the issue!
