I have a similar DKNY crop pants in XS and the waist is loose. So I bought the same XS in this pants. But DKNY sizing is very inconsistent. The waist of this one is so tight I can't get them past my tights without hurting my legs. There is no give in the fabric at all.
These are ok, not as nice as other DNKY joggers
I've tried them on but have yet to wear them. The only size that was available when I ordered was a XL, I'm typically a L. The pants are a little roomy at the waist but doable to wear.

I bought these pants because DKNY stood for quality in the past. This time I was very disappointed that the fabric was not what I expected & the fit was not good.
These are not flattering if you are slightly full figured and short and it runs large. Nice quality and I would recommend for a thin person.

Size M is very small and will not fit me 5ft. 110 lbs. It is machine washable but lay flat to dry. Material is not what I expected, and the sizing is not at all relaxed.
