Truly excellent formula
Surprised by some of these reviews. This is one of the very best lipsticks on the market. Color lasts longer than Chanel, Dior, and Prada. Quality of color is rich, sophisticated, and totally wearable. Also got a refill and had no problems. Just treat it gently as opening and putting in the case. Doesn't require lip liner but if you use one, it can subtly change the color to whatever tone you like. Most comfortable lipstick and hydrating.

Disappointing

Disappointing
I purchased this refill pack on Macy’s online store, the lipstick came broken from the base and it flew out of the case when I opened it. It discolored my clothes, my hands and pretty much everything I touched after. Pigment is great, but very drying and heavily scented. I wish I could just return the lipstick.

So mad!!
Recently purchased the refill package from Macy’s online and as soon as I open the lipstick bullet, the lipstick flew out and broke from the base. There goes my $$…extremely mad at the quality for the price. I got 837 deep iris- color is pretty and feels lightweight but oh boy it doesn’t like to stay in the bullet. Work on the quality Guerlain…I’m hesitant to purchase other shades now-especially online.
