Poorly made , runs small and very itchy

I have other shirts similar to this one from this brand , but this one is horrendous. Runs two sizes too small . Loose threading on the inside , some of the button holes are not well finished , lose threads as well and the material is SUER itchy . Never seen anything Tahari this bad . Going back .
