Silver Jeans Co. Women's Avery High-Rise Short

I am so torn, because I like these but this is the second time I tried to by this exact shorts and there is always some weird dye problem. the last pair had a dark blue circle on the side of the right leg. this one, has a dark blue dye line on the bottom of one leg that looks so stupid when they are on, like I made these shorts myself and messed them up. Which stinks because the actual shorts I really like but the ink jobs on these shorts is so inconsistent. I took a photo but apparently macys wont let me upload it...
