Poor quality sparkles fell off after one wear

I bought this for my daughter for an occasion in the family. She wore them only once and most of the sparkles fell off. The shoe was comfortable and fit well, but unfortunately, she will not be able to wear them again because it looks very weird with only a few of the sparkles left.
