I bought this a few days ago- it is a pretty dress- can wear formally-black or not-because of flower design however, for me the neckline was too low and too large-it does have cups sewn in-but you have to really fill it out-better for large chested girls instead of small- too bad-because pretty versitile dress-just top too big
