Macys Experience
I’m so disappointed I ordered 3 sets of these dinnerware sets - I was delivered 3 sets of glasses and when I called I was put on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to manager because the plates are sold out. They wanted me to drive 1 hr to Macys to return the glasses they sent (their mistake). Then I was told the plates are sold out and I cant get them so they fulfilled the order incorrectly and I wasted a bunch of time and I cant get the plates I spent a bunch of time researching very disappointed
