I ordered these primarily because of heel height. I can no longer wear shoes with a heel height over 2.5 inches. The height was perfect, and for the most part, I found them to be comfortable, with one exception. They do rub on my baby toe. Needless to say, that's irritating, but otherwise they're keepers. The leather is nice, not stiff, and they're well-made.
I like the looks of these shoes in they are very comfortable.
I am a consistent size - I can wear the same size in any shoe: sandles, boots to tennis shoes. This is the first pair in forever I needed to return for a size up. So size up at least a half (if not a full) size. Other than that they are perfect and work appropriate shoes.

Luv these shoes in black with triple braid design and chunky heel. Nice that wide was available for me - fit perfectly. Good support and comfortable. Very pleased.
