Style & Co Petite Round-Neck Tiered Short-Sleeve Dress, Macy's Exclusive

For the second time I did not receive the dress shown. Instead of a plain round neck I received a wrinkly dress with tassels. After two times getting a different dress I decided it was not worth ordering the 3rd time. The photo was very misleading.

I am very disappointment with Macy’s customer service, The dress shown is not the dress I received. The one I received had tacky tassels. The one shown was a round neck with no tassels, I was assured after returning the 1st dress that the correct one would be sent to me. I was sure disappointed to see I received the same wrong one. I already wrote a review the first time and it was never published. I am sure there are other people ordering the dress posted only to receive a different one. The photo you show is misleading. When I asked the lady on the phone if they could give me a phone number to call someone in charge of customer service they had to ask me where I purchased this dress. She said there was no number listed. So it seems you have people handling calls from different places who don’t work specifically for Macy’s. I will not be ordering this dress the 3rd time. A disappointed customer.

This midi dress absolutely adorable. The material is soft and very smooth. It feels well made. The stitches and the texture are good. The length is perfect. It is super lightweight. Beautiful dress for the summer. It is very comfortable to wear. Got so many compliments.
