The inner layer (insock) of the shoe is very very hard and uncomfortable. I understand now why the shoe can not be returned.

These platforms are super comfortable. Like walking on a mattress. I would say cloud but I’ve never walk on one. They are versatile though casual. They would pair well with jeans. Skirts, skorts or shorts. They run true to size. Quality seems good.

Shoes are comfortable, stylish and go well with shorts, sundresses and palazzo pants. True to size. I highly recommend!

I bought 2 the black and brown are the most comfortable shoes I ever worn. Steve Madden im glad you brought this style back.

These shows are really cute and exactly what I was looking for. As other reviewers noted, they don't have a cushy base, but the leather strap is flexible and adjust well to the foot. It was a little tight when I tried them on at first, but I wore them arund the house with some thick socks and that gave the leather enough stretch to fit my wider foot more comfortably. I sized up half a size because I am between sizes and that was the right decision. I don't think I would fit into a size 9. The length of the shoe in a 10 fits me perfectly.
