Runs small
I wear size 8.5 regular, but it feels too tight. I would have to size up to a 9 but not sure if it would make a difference in comfort.

Cute but small
I got the flowered canvas which were cute but stiff upper. In other brands I usually wear 7 and in this shoe I would probably need an 8. I'm not going to exchange though because I'm not sure they would be comfortable in the bigger size.
