Awesome top dresses up any bottom, pants or long skirt. Light fabric, good lining and wonderful print. If you need and outfit to match spectrum of blue tones, this is the one from aqua to navy. The frills on sleeves definitely add allure to the ensemble. Bit wide at the bottom but wear it loose in hot weather.

This blouse has vibrant, beautiful colors, but the material is thin and a see-through. You would have to wear something underneath for work or church. I am returning it because while the material is thin, it is also stiff and makes me look big—especially in the shoulder area.
