Donna Karan New York Petite Mid-Rise Boot Leg Pants

I don’t understand why labels make petite pants so long. I’m 5’3” and these pants should be much shorter. The length is really for a 5’6” woman. Petite should be 5’3” and under. Other than that I have to say I really love these pants. They say they are mid rise. But I’d say they are high waisted. They are very slimming and really elongate my legs, especially when I wear heels. The flair isn’t too wide, they are fitted at the knee and they aren’t clingy. This makes them quite flattering. They are at the cleaners getting hemmed. I can’t wait to wear them!

These slacks are certainly not petite, way too long. They will need to be hemmed and that will be costly. However the pants are of good quality. The sizing seems good, Im 5'3'' and 125 pounds and the 8P fit well, not tight and some breathing room which is how I like my pants. I'm still not sure if I will be keeping them!
