Frustrated that item did not come from Macys

I didn’t realize when I ordered the jacket it was not coming direct from Macys. It took for ever to be delivered and then when I returned at Macys as I thought the buttons were tacky, I’m waiting almost two weeks for a credit to my charge card. These items should be flagged that they are not coming from Macys and will need to be returned to the third party and wait for the credit to be processed.
