Alex Evenings Petite Boat Neck Crepe Ball Gown

I tried on a 14 petite of this dress in the Macy's store 4 days ago and it fit very nicely except for the length was a little shorter than I wanted. I then ordered the regular 14 online. It was delivered today and I am really surprised that it is tight and the 14 petite was not. So it does not drape nicely like it should. Thankfully I have 6 weeks to get rid of 5+pounds. I bought it as a final sale and thought I would not have a problem, having tried on the other 14 in the store. I am disappointed that these 14s did not run the same in size. Also, the box it arrived in was crushed and retaped. I took a picture.

Dress was worn out on the top. Looks Like the dress was Previously worn.

It is really a beautiful dress. What’s best, I require no alterations! Never in my life has that happened.
