Great running shoe for oldies like me. Very cushioning: can run with my dodgy feet. But more rocker than last model but I like it a lot.

Very comfortable to run in. Lots of cushioning and spring. Don’t feel heavy.

I bought these on the recommendation of my podiatrist as I recover from a stress fracture in my foot. They are like walking on air and so very supportive and comfortable. Also, they look pretty cool in light blue. I’m a Brooks convert now and have already ordered another pair.

I’m loving the Ghost Max 4, I have been wearing Brooks for the past 10 years. They are my everyday shoe which I wear for dancing, walking, shopping, etc. I was wearing Brooks Adrenaline GTS, then recently purchased the Ghost Max 4 which I just love. They are so light, bouncy and comfortable; I even ordered a 2nd pair last week in black.

Perfect for me, I have a ruptured ligament in my foot and these are the first joggers a found that I have minimal pain when wearing…. Very happy
