Must have in my kitchen....this light weight sharpener keeps all my Cangshan knives perfectly sharp and is so quick an easy to use! Also easy to store....but also looks great on the counter top and is always a eye catcher for guest.

I checked the Cangshan site and saw this one.I like the way it dials in the correct angle to sharpen. The handle helps keep everything steady. I’m happy with my purchase.

I think it’s a good product, and perhaps it is symptomatic of my age(I am 69 years old), but I wish it came with directions or a bar code I could scan to understand which settings to use. It is unclear to me which angle my Cangshan knives are, so I am not sure what setting to use, and I am afraid I am going to damage the knives.

needed a sturdy and reliable sharpener. Knives are awesome and would recommend them to everyone. Worth the money spent. Much better than buying 3 or 4 inexpensive knives every year that do not keep an edge.
I have looked extensively and can’t find explicit instructions for the use of this product. Am I holding the knife or scissors at the right angle? I’d like a detailed video and detailed written instructions to sharpen my high quality knives!
I own a knife with a 15 degree angle. I thought this was adjustable to the degree, but it is only adjustable to 2 degree increments.
This is easy an easy to use knife sharpener! It sticks to the counter with silicone pads on the bottom and easy instructions for use are on the side.
