Ivonne Women's Pleated Women;s Short Dress

The dress is very cute but I was disappointed as the pattern cut of the dress was defective. Or design for someone with no hips. I am a size 4 so I order a size 6 as I saw it was a little fitted. When I received the dress I put it on, the top fit beautiful but from the hip I could not slip it down as it was smaller( like a size 4 ) than the top part of the dress. I return the dress and order a size 8, think it should fit. To my surprise I try the size 8 and the top was super big but the hip area was still smaller than the top portion. So this dress is proportionally defective. I return the dress again. Very disappointed.
