Poor design and fit.

the dress looks defective. for some strange reason there is stiff netting partially around the drop waist that makes this dress fit very strangely. I want to return it for a refund. Saw after the order that it could not be returned. This is a real issue when you order online without being able to try the dress on or inspect it for damage. I will check with customer service to find out if I can return this item for a refund or a different item that fits correctly.

Quality is poor. I Expected better tailoring and fabric of Macy's. They are turning into K-MART.
