Sent back for a refund going on 30 day still not credited and no actual help from Macys customer support! When a CSA tells you they are going to personally get this fixed…know you are out the $$$. Bad.
The magnetic barrel clasp is great, but the figure eight safety latch on one side will not stay closed. Otherwise, the bracelet is beautiful.
I purchased the white sapphire version and it is gorgeous. Comes with the double locking closure and is boxed nicely. Fits well and is comfortable and sparkly.
Got the bracelet but it’s not even ruby. It looks magenta
I was disappointed it’s supposed to be a ruby and the website showed it a true red when it arrived. It was a shocking pink very disappointed in the color.
