I was excited to try this Optum nutrition creatine, as my husband has had great luck with both their products and creatine in general. I do love that this is a 3 in one product to help with muscle strength, recovery, and brain health. Orange passion fruit is such a nice refreshing flavor for most people, although passion fruit as a general rule is not my favourite. Based on what I’ve tried in the past, I might have better luck with an unflavored version, but that is nothing more than a flavor preference. The overall product is fantastic. The overall convenience of having this 3 in one product is so nice that it’s something I could definitely see incorporating into a daily routine

I did notice improved recovery and felt like I made some strength gains while using it though. It smells better than it tastes in my opinion. I do think that if I liked the taste I would order it again because the 3-in-1 formula really gives you a big bang for your buck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Optimum Nutrition Creatine + orange Passionfruit actually taste great. It did not have a grainy texture after mixing. The creatine powder fully dissolved, no bits in bottom of cup or bottle . The taste was smooth and pleasant. It does give you aftertaste at first like medicine but that goes away by the time you finish your drink. The main flavor that stands out is the Orange, not so much the Passionfruit. I can’t speak on the effects as it’s too early to say. It did not give me an uneasy feeling or any digestive issues. That’s a plus. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a creatine supplement.

The flavor is bright, fruity, and refreshing, with that sweet-tart passionfruit taste coming through more than I expected and a nice citrusy orange finish. I usually mix it with cold water and ice, and it makes taking creatine feel more like having a refreshing fruit drink than a typical supplement. It mixes pretty easily and doesn't leave that overly chalky texture I've experienced with some powders, although there can be a little powder left behind if I don't mix it well. Overall, the Orange Passionfruit flavor is definitely one I'd happily keep drinking!
