I have been using them for a little mover 2 weeks and I have noticed a difference. I am usually tired and a little bit of brain fog and have been taking Vitamin B complex but still not feeling it. I think these gave me the boost I needed. I do feel less brain fog and still energized after work when before I just wanted to get home and take a nap. I would definitely recommend them.

The pills were not too big and are soft (capsules containing powdery material, not hard tablets), but one pill was deformed. I could feel the effects starting about 45 minutes after taking them, including a stimulant-like effect. I could not personally take this supplement with coffee, at least not near the time of taking it.
