Nice but..
Quality was a bit subpar. Purchased to take on a trip, no time to return and reorder. The last button had no loop to connect it, the tag was not attached sort of indicating that it was used?

I don’t understand why they write in the system to keep item if I never received it!! … you should use lost by your carrier instead.
