Pleasantly surprised how lovely dressy or casual
Very well made and comfortable! Fit is great ! I’m between a 12 (top) and 14, hip , got the 12 and it’s right for me, with it not tight in the hip even when sitting down, it is ankle length on me , I’m 5’5 The color is very pretty blue . Different than I expected but I like it better. The bubble sleeves are comfortable somewhat vintage. Considering it for summer wedding .
