DO NOT BUY FROM LAST ACT

This item came broken. The buckle was hanging off. they said I cannot do a return. I can understand if I wanted to get a different size or different color, etc. but the shoe came damaged. This is ridiculous. I never thought Macy’s would stoop so low. I will definitely save my money from buying anything else. Never had a problem in the past until now I will take my money elsewhere.
