A perfect size and weight pan for eggs. It arrives a little seasoned, but I gave it a wash, then heated it up on the stove and did another coat with avocado oil following De Buyers website instructions. I made two perfect omelettes that didn’t stick and slid right out. Very pleased.

excellent quality pan. thick gauge carbon steel and good weight. Easy to clean as pan has no rivets. It became totally non-stick after one hour seasoning in oven.

Absolutely love the blue carbon steel pan! It’s so much easier to use and seasoned than the carbon steel pans. I use it every day!

I followed your directions on how to season the skillet and the easiest one so far. I have been using cast iron and a mineral b pro which I seasoned in the oven and seasoning this one on the stove top was just so much faster and easier. I have scrambled lots of eggs so for with no problems I like it better than the pro because it is much lighter. I wish you would make a blued version with the pro handle, I think that be a great combo. Jb

Absolutely love it. You can't have it back. Ever. A little bit of care upfront and you have a high quality, daily pan for just about an imaginable need.

Substantial cooking pan - takes some getting used to and it is amazingly non-stick. Pan splatter is controlled better with this pan than all of the other pans I have. Great for cooking steaks.

The pan is awesome! My only complaint is the first time I used the pan it developed a substantial warp on the bottom. I use a flat glass cook top stove. The pan still works, it just rocks.

Really nice pan on our induction stove. Not too heavy, Easy to use. No sticking problems. Nice handle.

Just what we needed to have a large pan for sauté. Easy to season.
