I usually test a scent before I buy. I am a Versace fan, particularly Bright Crystal. Emerald was a major disappointment because now I smell like my grandmother! (Coty 1921 released Emeraude.) Surely, others have noticed this. I am so disappointed and sorry that I threw the box away; otherwise, I would definitely have returned it.
