When I received this necklace, it was so tangled that I could not get it fixed.

too twisty
Twists up easily, hard to untangle, and doesn't really lay smoothly on the neck. It's pretty and I wanted to love it, it looks like good quality, and it would have been perfect if it looked the the picture on the neck.
